For Bold, we mashed nearly 50% oats with a light colored malted barley, to lay down the foundation for a Bold hopping of citra and a new hop to us, Talus. Formerly known as HBC 692, this hop is absolutely wonderful. It has already become one of our new favorites. Bursting with stone fruit (huge peach), tropical fruit and zesty citrus peel.

Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit and peach aroma. Summer fruit and peach flavor with light yeast and light malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and peach linger with light yeast.
