We’re keeping it classic but bold with this 4.3% Pale. It’s a forest of flavor, leaning heavily into Simcoe and Idaho 7 to deliver a resinous punch of pine and zesty grapefruit. Think crisp mountain air meets a sun-drenched tropical grove.

On tap at The Dust Hole in Salisbury, Wiltshire. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a decent white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit taste. Decent enough.
