Hey friends! Spring is just about to spring. We say hello, sit back, crack open a can, and π–—π–Šπ–‹π–šπ–˜π–Š to be mandated by the π–ˆπ–π–†π–”π–˜, choosing instead to live with π–‘π–”π–›π–Š and π•Άπ–Žπ–“π–‰π–“π–Šπ–˜π–˜. Hello, cruel world we’re here, living fully, and we’ll always stand against war. Life should be beautiful, and those without heart shouldn’t hold power.

This beer is meant to help you sit back and rethink the world we live in. Brewed in collaboration with @freestylehops , it features Southern Cross, Nelson Bliss, and copious amounts of Maui Nelson Hop Kief, saturating this 5.2% easy-drinking π–π–”π–•π–•π–ž π–†π–‘π–Š. The intention was to create something proper for spring, refreshing and perfect for quenching the thirst of warmer days ahead.

We get notes of ripe mango, zesty lime, pineapple, and subtle wine-like character. It’s a soft, light-bodied, hoppy ale packed with hop π–•π–šπ–“π–ˆπ–.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Dank, fruity aroma of bready pale malt, lime, white wine, gooseberry, earthy yeast and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, lime, pineapple, white wine, gooseberry, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a slightly creamy, oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing.

Opaque yellow, white head. Juicy nose/grassy notes. Tropical with light scorching/vinous notes. Somewhat muddled

16oz during spontaneous mini-tasting @ Ryan's.
Aroma: veeeeeery dank and weedy.
Taste: along the same lines, car exhausts territory. A bit watery, but it's not a surprise considering the ABV.
Overall: ok.

On tap at Threefold. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Nose has citrus, herbal grass, gooseberries, and some vinous notes. Flavour has herbal grass, gooseberries, a fruity white wine character, and a good amount of yeast that muddies the profile. Finishes bitter, but more allium coming through. A bit muddled by the haziness, the yeast certainly impacts it, but still solid and an pretty enjoyable beer.

April 23, 2026 (7/4/7/3/15=3.6): Poured from 473mL can (pkg 10 Mar 2026). Hazy yellow with full white head. Dank, tropical hops, easy drinking. Slightly better than the last time I tried it.

March 28, 2026 (7/4/7/3/14=3.5): Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Hazy yellow with small white head. Dank and grainy, oddly, the graininess throws things off a bit, not up to CC standards. Okay. Have a can at home to try again.
