After a long spell resting in casks that previously held bourbon, this imperial stout has emerged massive, yet gentle and softened. Vanilla and espresso notes gracefully mingle with a silky, roasty malt body and bourbon influence.
Enjoy now or cellar it for a rainy day. Even better, treat yourself to this one and grab a second for future you.
Future you will be stoked.

(Can) Pours black with small tan head. Excellent aroma - oak, bourbon, notes of toffee. Full bodied, smooth, slightly sticky, modest very fine carbonation. Great taste. Alcohol is apparent through the palate a pleasant toffee sweetness at the start and through the mid palate. Bourbon, oak, dried fruit, cherries provide a little tartness. Nice burnt bitter notes in finish. Very good, rather boozy.
