Each fall during the hop harvest, we travel to Yakima in search of the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions, selecting the perfect representation of each variety for our programs, often bending what is commonly assumed about the varieties.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of dry, woody pine, dry biscuity malt, and a touch of soft floral notes. Flavour has a dry, woody, piney hop character, light citrus, resinous hop oils, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Not as fruity as the hop usually expresses, more like the dank, resinous, piney character that I love. Excellent.

Orange body with white head. Citrus and herb aroma. Hop forward taste with a bit of berry. Crisp hop finish.
