A beautiful, spritzy pale beer brewed with Euro yeast & French hops in the vague style of northern French/southern Belgian beers drunk by “grisettes”, working class women of similar area in the vaguely 1800s time who wore grey skirts and presumably welcomed the opportunity to have a nice beer during their day. That’s about the extent of the historical provenance. But who cares?! It’s a lovely euro hoppy spicy beer perfect for a drink whether you be a grey-skirted working woman or perhaps a denim-bottomed working woman or even man! It’s 6.8%, and we’re drinking it. Cheers!

Keg at SMOD Tap Room - Hazy gold, massive white head. Lots of sharp tangy spices peppering all over the place, good fizzy texture, adding to the complexity of this beer. Good, clean and with a little pizazz to keep it the nice side of interesting.
