IPA is very much an English IPA.
With the hop flavour dominant over the bitterness found in more modern IPAs.
The malt bill has been designed to provide a background but allow the hops to shine and bring forward their fruit and pine flavours.
Exceptionally refreshing on the nose and palate this is a very easy drinking and flavoursome IPA.

Panda at home, thanks to Mark the Bearded Avenger, 28/04/2026.
Golden pour with a just off white head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is hedgerow, modest citric peel, grass, straw.
Taste comprises bitter orange, toasted grains, grass, hay bale.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spattered with a grassy bitter edge.
So so.

Can delivered by the brewery to a relative's house. Clear copper gold. Initially frothy foamy white head disappears entirely with a short time. Aroma has doughy malty with a light sour edge flavourwise it has a light-medium bitterness with a light sour edge over chewy doughy and biscuity malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Boring but inoffensive.
