On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of bread, caramel, herbs and biscuit. Pours cloudy amber color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and mild fruity tones, following is herbal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is dry and heavy bitter. Draught (Stigbergets Fot, Stockholm) - Slightly hazy copper. Orange, caramel and some hints of berries and chocolate in the aroma. Hoppy and toasted taste with toffee, nuts and citrus. Definitely a modern interpretation of bitter.
