En hipsterboble brygget med 3 populære humler gennem tiderne - Columbus var Hip i 90´erne, Simcoe blev frigivet på markedet i 2000 og blev meget hipt i 00´erne og den hippe nye dreng i klassen Eukanot (tidl.Equinox) kom på markedet i 2015 under betegnelsen HBC 366 - Nu er de hipster sammen i denne frugtige Imperial IPA.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 50cl bottle. Pours clear orange golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of intense bitter and fresh hops. Taste of intense bitter fruity hops, citrus, grapefruits, apricot, long bitter finish, good!

Der hopfige Antrunk ist sowohl zu süß also auch zu hellmalzig-lastig. Trocken getreidig, die Süße nimmt ab, dennoch bleibt das Bier unrund. 12/7/7/9/10/7

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus and marmalade. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 190816

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Heavy malty and hoppy fantastic aroma. Wonderfull powerfull heavy bitter flavor. long heavy bitter finish,. Creamy palate. Fantasic brew.

Tap @ Fairbar. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, citrus, flowers, pine and hops. Nice bitter finish.
