En hipsterboble brygget med 3 populære humler gennem tiderne - Columbus var Hip i 90´erne, Simcoe blev frigivet på markedet i 2000 og blev meget hipt i 00´erne og den hippe nye dreng i klassen Eukanot (tidl.Equinox) kom på markedet i 2015 under betegnelsen HBC 366 - Nu er de hipster sammen i denne frugtige Imperial IPA.

Draught @ Hantwerk, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, bread, old hops, little grass, sweet fruit, marmalade. Flavor is light bitter, light sweet, malt, sweet fruity hops, little citrus, light alcohol. Medium to full body, average to lively carbonation, light bitter finish. Not fresh, but still drinkable. 040217

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is grapefruity, peachy and mold pine hoppy. Pine, grapefrutiy. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter far finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ pre. Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Humleland HipsterBoblen ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, marmelade hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops, marmelade hops, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear orange golden color, medium sized a bit creamy off-white head. Aroma is malts and some hops, but definitely not as strong as I would like them to be in an IIPA. Taste malts, hops, nice grapefruit flavors in there although I miss the grapefruit bitterness, so for me it’s a bit too sweet.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Pineapple and caramel up front. Sweet with full body and dense mouthfeel. Mostly caramelly and bready, some tired grapefruit. Meh. Tired already weeks after release.
