This English style ‘Winter Warmer’ is loaded with malt complexity and fermentation flavor and a smooth but alcoholic finish. Strong and exceptionally malt forward, made with imported British Maris Otter 2-row barley, dark caramel malt, and German Carapils. A prominent fermentation profile (warming, fruity, wine like) makes for a very clean and drinkable beer despite its alcoholic strength. Hops: Centennial, Chinook, East Kent Golding
