Une bière de caractère à la belle robe caramel clair surmontée d’une fine mousse légère. Son côté caramélisé provient des malts Munich et Abbaye. Son « dry hopping » lui apporte des notes aromatiques. From one monoprix, Paris. I have opened this bottle two days ago, at home, Epalinges. For me, it was not a bad beer, rather unbalanced and a bit rough. The taste is really yeasty, soily, sour at the begining, malty, note of cherry, watery, some, 06.08.22
