Pils is a recipe inspired by many trips to the home of pilsner beer in Czechia.
Slightly more hoppy than most pilsners we are used to, this crisp beer is unmistakably craft and full of flavour.

Can delivered by the brewery to my wife's aunt. Clear gold. Gentle bubbles rise within. Thick foamy white head. Aroma is malty and bready with an earthiness and bitter edge. Flavourwise it's got an initial bitterness before sweet edged sourness appears. Slightly metallic. Underlying chalky malts. Light. Thin. Soft lazily fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough but very thin verging on watery.
