Panasonic Youth is our newest IPA to make its way out of our minds and into the fermenter. We brought in a fresh crop of El Dorado hops to lead the flavor profile of this IPA. Their signature flavors reminiscent of sweet mango and pineapple are upfront with a light citrus and floral component from the supporting hops. We kept this beer nice and hazy by using a boatload of flaked oats and two generous rounds of dry hopping.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a finger and a quarter fingers of white frothy head which trickled off at a nice pace and left a little bit of lace
Aroma: fresh mango and pineapple hop tones punching each other through sweet to bitter and back through bitter to sweet tones; light clean bready malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to sweet quality; finishes semi-bitter with a little bit of mixed citrusy tones showing here with a nip of pineapple
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness; great low carb, nice low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nicely done NEIPA worth coming back to.
