Illuminate

Illuminate is an American Wheatwine that pours a pale chestnut hue into the glass. A complex grain bill brings forth notes of caramel-drizzled pound cake, honey-soaked figs, and freshly baked blondies. Its richness is tempered by a subtle blend of Amarillo, Nugget, and Cascade hops; they offer aromas of citrus and pine. This balanced sipper’s flavor evolves as it warms in the glass and will age gracefully if stowed away in your cellar.
