Appearance: dark amber/auburn color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: crisp smooth bready/biscuity malts with a clean caramel scent and a light earthy hop whiff underneath
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet bready to biscuity sweetness; finishes very clean those flavors
Texture: medium to full bodied; sessionable; clean smoothness - nothing bothersome anywhere; good carb level - kinda low
Overall: an extremely well done Marzen I would surely have the next time this is available!
