On tap at C.H. Evans on 11/27/2022
Appearance: ruddy red color with some transparency with a bar pour's kind of slim white foamy head which trailed off at a good pace but didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet, spicy and the floral components of the rye with a nice clean caramel malt base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to spicy quality; finishes slightly spicy with the rye floral semi-dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting the flow; good carb level
Overall: nicely done rye IPA worth coming back to.
