Poured into a nonic glass.
Appearance: copper color with a slight transparency about it; thin white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: slightly danky pine to apricot-like hop tones with a light biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet danky to a bittersweet fruity hop dankiness; finishes piney and apricot-like with a touch of danky and dry tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but an edge of dry bitterness rolling in slightly
Overall: pretty nicely done IPA that almost seemed like it was somewhat West coast-like. Hmmmm...
