We took inspiration from the clean and crisp keller-style lagers of Franconia when designing this recipe. German Mittelfruh hops bring a gentle herbal snap which punctuates the delicate honey notes of the British barley. This beer has been lab tested and confirmed to contain < 10ppm gluten.
