Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: pours black and stays black in the glass with a two and a quarter fingers of khaki foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light lace slid along the sides of the glass
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, subtle roasty coffee beans, slight vanilla, slight sweet oats, maple syrup and sweet waffle-ish/doughy tones
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas to a fine variety of different sweet aspects while the semi-roasty to bitter coffee notes seem to get pushed out more; finishes leaning into the chocolate, maple syrup and some coffee notes
Texture: medium to full bodied, great as a sipper; great amount of smoothness along the tongue - barely anything showing any burdensome notes - in fact nothing; good carb on this beer
Overall: what an absolutely lovely pastry impy stout with all said ingredients that Four Quarters said there is.
