Sedmá várka naší kyselé série Goseteria. Tentokrát jsme spojili maliny, černý rybíz a svěží citrusový tón verbeny doplněný o sůl a citronovou šťávu pro vyvážení kyselé linky. Výsledkem je osvěžující gose s výraznou chutí i aroma, kde se snoubí marmeládové tóny červených plodů se solí, citrusy a jemně bylinnými tóny posvátné rostliny verbeny (sporýše lékařského).

The seventh batch of our sour Goseteria series. This time we combined raspberries, blackcurrants and the fresh citrus note of verbena, complemented with salt and lemon juice to balance the sour backbone. The result is a refreshing gose with expressive flavor and aroma, where jammy red fruit meets salt, citrus and delicate herbal tones of verbena (Vervain).
