Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of cider apples and caramel. The taste is caramel, apple, citrus, doughy malt. Thin bodied. Not good.

Draft at the source. This one poured a pretty undercarbonated, murky yellow/orange color with no head.Aroma was citrus, sweet light malts. Flavor was citrus, sweet malts, mostly crisp, but not really a true Kolsch. Highly drinkable.
