On tap at the brewery taproom. Yellow coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, wheaty and mild coriander nose. Wheaty, light sweet, notes of coriander and mild yeasty with sweetish finish. Pleasant.

Drat at the taproom. Light yellow and frothy head. Nose is coriander and wheat and cloves. Tastes much the same. Draught at Bright Side, 7/5/24. Minimally hazy brass-blonde-golden. Small, creamy, white head. Clean, malty nose without a preponderance of gross esters/phenols. Fresh coriander and light citrus with delicate honey. Lighter but zesty spices and lightly bitter, spicy coriander. No big bubble gum or clove at all. Low banana. Cracker and nutty wheat/malt notes. Dry, clean, refreshing.

On tap at Porterhouse Restaurant & Pub in Lahaska, PA. Hazy medium gold color. Small white head. Wheat malt aroma hints at coriander. Flavor is light wheat malt, orange and coriander. Thin and crisp. Typical for the style.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Banana aromas. Soft with banana and yeast front to back.
