Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: coffee roastiness, baker's chocolate and some coconut
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to semi-dry sweet to toasty character with the coconut sliding in underneath nicely; finishes semi-dry and kinda coffee-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness - nothing distracting; good carb level
Overall: twas nice that the coconut wasn't overbearing and that it didn't smell or taste like sun tan lotion. Thank you, Mill River.
