Solid malt back bone with ridiculous amounts of some of our favorite hops, Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy. Bursting with flavors of pineapple, coconut, crushed tangerine, and nuts, this take on the New England IPA explosion of fresh fruity hop aromas followed by a soft, refreshing palate. This beer was formerly known as "I Know Kung Fu".

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip (which was labeled "I Know Kung Fu")
Appearance: orange cardboard haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple-y to tangerine and light orangey hop tones up front then some nutty malty tones
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet with a sly juiciness underneath; finishes juicy pineapple-y toned
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; good smoothness - nothing distracting; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA worthy of returning to.
