A light and crisp sour ale, Ginger Blossom features vibrant ginger and a subtle lemonade tartness, with a moderate sourness and clean finish. It has the subtle wine-like complexity of our Basis sour blonde ale and mild funk in addition to a ruby pink color from the addition of hibiscus flowers.

Deep red amber with minimal head. Ginger, lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Mildly sweet ginger, biscuit malt, mildly sour citric acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Ginger flavor just on the edge of being hot. Nice beer.
