Brewed originally for our 8th Anniversary. This North German-Style Pils is drier and more bitter than our standard German Pils, Hindsight. Brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Gambrinus Pilsner malts for an extra pale and dry malt base. Hopped liberally with Tettnang, Herbsrucker and Saphir hops for loads of spicy accents and hints of citrus. Fermented cold and slow with our German lager yeast for an ultra clean and crisp finish.

16oz can. Nice beer. Perhaps not quite as dry as a German macro Pils, but it has better ingredients and more depth. Great balance, drinkability. Good stuff.
