Dessert in a glass. We conditioned a milk stout on handmade chocolate from our friends at Snowflake Chocolates in Jericho, toasted coconut, sous vide vanilla beans, and toasted pecans. Indulgent yet drinkable, you’ll be surprised you’re not eating cake.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: thick chocolate malts, sweet coconut, vanilla, pecans, toffee sweetness and some doughy scents
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine variety of different sweet qualities; finishes sweetly like drinking liquified German chocolate cake
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; good smoothness, good carb
Overall: nicely done dessert stout worthy of coming back to this decadent evening treat.
