The return of a pet nat Perry which is finally fully pet nat (after a couple of semi-still ‘almosts’…). A blend of several different Perry pears, the citrus and elderflower characters are on full show here, with a nice vibrant sparkle cutting through everything. As with all of Tom’s perries this is incredibly moreish

750ml bottle from Gloucester Services, and drank at home. Pours mildly unclear pale yellow gold with a fast dissipating opaque bubbles. Sweet perry pear, floral, light citric acidity. Very mellow indeed. Mildly funky. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026. Hazed yellow golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of perry pear, floral. Taste is flowery, perry peary, citric, floral, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
