Can to tulip. Consumed 10/09/2024.
Appearance: thick yellowed-cardboard haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple to passion fruity to floral sweet toned hops up front; light clean malts and then a subtle hop note of papaya pops subtly
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a sweet semi-juicy artful tone to a fine bittersweet and subtle fruity tart quality; finishes semi-juicy through passion fruit and papaya-like
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; good smoothness - nothing distracting, nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: another very well done NEIPA in the Project Object series!
