Appearance: dark red color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to malty toned biscuity notes with a sly earthy character and some light caramel tones in there too
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes herbal and clean malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness and nothing distracting
Overall: nice Irish red ale I would partake in again.
