In an universe of similar tasting IPAs, Lost Cosmonaut is here to show you a world of new and exciting flavors and aromas by utilizing lesser known hop varieties. Our house hazy IPA yeast lays a fruit forward base bolstered by a soft mouthfeel thanks to a large addition of flaked grains. We get notes of crème brulee, sweet candied pineapple, gummy peach rings and fresh papaya.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: muddy dark orange to brown cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: candied pineapple, some peach sweetness, sweet lemon tones and some papaya sweetness coming through the hops
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to candied sweetness; finishes sweeter than I expected it to be
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; smooth along the tongue and mostly nothing distracting; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: if you like overly sweet NEIPA's with a "candy sweetness" then this if your beer.
