High Density Hop Extract IPA, 7.1%
Each of our Death Ray IPAs utilizes standard hop pellets in the boil, liquid hop extract and Co2 extracted Cryo hops in the whirlpool, and are finished with 2 massive rounds of dry-hopping with new high-density Lupomax concentrated pellets. Beers from our Death Ray series are designed to capture and concentrate the intense essence of each featured hop. El Dorado hops exhibit notes of pineapple watermelon and pear and are accompanied by a complimentary sweet floral aroma.

Appearance: glossy burnt copper haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light pineapple to pear hop tones with a light melon-like hoppiness underneath that; light clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet to semi-bittersweet semi-juicy quality; finishes somewhat juicy with pineapple tones
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; good smoothness about this with nothing distracting anywhere; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA I would welcome again.
