Windrow has quickly become a go-to easy drinking beer out of our little Tunbridge brewery. It utilizes an unassuming assortment of heritage European hops and malts and a German cold-fermenting ale yeast. We don't fuss around with new world hops, dry hopping or fruit additions with Windrow because simplicity is Windrow’s greatest attribute. It is naturally carbonated then cold-conditioned for a couple of weeks to bring a crisp lager-like quality to an already impressively drinkable beer.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange.
Appearance: semi-dark golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to earthy hops up front with a light biscuity/bready malt underneath
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to earthy sweet quality; brisk finish of the hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness; good level of carb; medium to low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty good Kolsch I think I could come back to.
