Aroma: sweet earthy toned coffee notes, eloquent sweet/earthy cocoa nibs; and comes across more like vanilla bean
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet earthy toned vibe onto a sly vanilla beany/coffee-ish quality without it coming across like overly sweet mocha-ish tones; finishes earthy sweet with vanilla bean, a tickle of dryness and a sweet cocoa powdery note
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable-ish - well, hmmmm...kinda scratching my beard now and wondering there's a little bit of a sipping vibe to this after all and that's possibly due to that dryness, it's not overly dry it's just "there."
Overall: in actuality, this is an extremely well done coffee stout that's ultimately well balanced and more than worthy of returning to.
