Draft at the source. I guess this one can come out of retirement. Deep clear purple color, flat. Aroma of port wine. Taste is herbal port. Not bad.

on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is faint medium malt, pumpkin. Taste is cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, slightly sweet medium malt.

On tap at the brewpub on 01/14/2010. Clear light copper body with a small white head. Big spicy aroma with lots of allspice and a malty background. Big cinnamon and nutmeg flavor with a dry malty background. Medium body with moderately low carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a medium creamy off-white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma is full of aromatic spices with cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, orange peel and a bit of caramel. Taste is very malty with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and leafy hops. Medium bodied.
