For this being our first of this series, it's appropriate to name it after the first oil well drilled in West Texas, the Santa Rita! This refreshing margarita will quench your thirst under the hot Texas sun.

Found a 12 oz can at the local beer shop, Mr. T's. Into a bar glass, it pours green, no surprise, and carries a strong carbonation. It smells somewhat of lime but there appears to be something a bit off. So time for a drink. Well, this is now going the right direction. I find the taste to likely be the most margarita-like in a beer I have had and there have been more than a few. Proper lime flavor, a slight orange liqueur effect and considerable alcohol. And now I'll add some ice and drink this thing right.
