Hops: Abis, Tomyski
ABYSS is Modern Grodziskie, but with respect for tradition. The grist is 100% wheat – we used smoked wheat malt (50%), unsmoked wheat malt, and wheat flakes. In addition to the classic Tomyski, we also used one of the newest Polish new wave varieties – ABIS from Polish Organic Hops! This aromatic variety is characterized by citrus aromas such as lime, red grapefruit, and white grapes. Used hot, it provides a distinct bitterness and a fruity accent to the flavor, while cold, it provides a refreshing aroma that pleasantly combines with the oak smoke.
Piwo jasne, niepasteryzowane, niefiltrowane.
Unpasteurized, unfiltered beer.

Poured hazy and light yellow in color.
Pretty strong campfire smoke aroma in this one. Light bodied, hint of grass and finish has some sweetness actually.
