West Coast Pale Ale brewed exclusively with Simcoe hops to support our neighbors at the Sexual Assault Resource Agency (SARA) and to raise awareness during Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April.
Simcoe for SARA was hopped throughout the boil with Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo. After fermentation, we dry hopped with — you guessed it — more Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo, then added Simcoe Hyperboost and Simcoe Quantum Brite to dial the Simcoe up to 11. We get notes of grapefruit rind, tangerines, sticky nuggs, and dewy conifer boughs.

Lighter score than the Knotty by Nature. Some lemon, a little straw. Pours slightly hazy golden with decent head. Light bitter end. Tap at brewery.
