Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a semi-"bright" sort of note to it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to subtle grapefruity hop notes; mellow bready malt backbone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter quality; finishes slightly bitter with the grapefruity and piney tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper - slightly; good smoothness with just a touch of hop bitterness assertiveness but it's mostly non-assertive
Overall: one of their better beers as I would come back to this one.
