Reviewed from notes.
This is not to be confused with Mr. Waterbury which is a whole different beer.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to almost copper color-ed haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft floral to mixed citrusy hops up front with an undertone of some orangey to lemony and ever so slightly piney hops; smooth clean malts underneath that
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to slightly bittersweet quality; finishes leaning into the floral to citrusy hoppy sweet notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting anywhere; good low carb and low hop bitterness if any at all
Overall: what a fine NEIPA I would return to.
