Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow almost copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light floral to mixed citrusy hop notes up front with a touch of earthiness in the middle then a light malty backbone
Flavor: mixes on up the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet earthy floral quality; finishes malty with some light floral hops
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting and good carb level
Overall: hmmmm, Rock Art calls it a Czech pilsener but I have to ask the question "where was the snappy or somewhat 'zesty' contour of any hops in the flavor and/or finish?" Hmmmm...maybe again for me for experimental purposes.
