This ruby-brown rascal glows like a gem in your glass, pouring clear and proud with a creamy head that sticks around just long enough to flirt. Stick your nose in and you’re hit with a cosy wave of toffee, caramel, toasted bread and a hint of cocoa. Plus, a little fruity wink of stewed apple and dried fruit.
Take a sip and it’s smooth, mellow, and downright charming. Caramel and red-fruit sweetness lead the way, toasted malt brings the warm hugs, and a gentle herbal hop nudge keeps it from getting too clingy. A touch of biscuit and cocoa sneak in like cheeky sidekicks, and the finish is clean, lightly sweet, and the very definition of “go on then, one more won’t hurt.”
Silky, rounded, and proper cuddle-in-a-pint-glass stuff, it leaves just enough caramel-nutty warmth to make you smile before quietly fading away.
A playful, modern-clean take on a classic ruby mild, comforting, fun, and far too easy to fall for.

Pours ruby with almost no head. Aroma: toasted bread, toffee and sugary malts. Taste: plenty of toffee and toasted malts. Some dried fruits on the aftertaste. Strange style for my palate.
Next one, please!
