Pours pale gold in the glass with soft white foam. Light aromatics of floral botanicals and semi-sweet grain, with flavors of soft bread dough, delicate fruit, and herbal spice. Brewed with premium malted barley and classic Noble hops. Light body, subtle minerality, and a bright, clean finish. Über crisp.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a clear gold colored body that supports a thin regenerative off white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up a bit of grains, sweet fruity esters and a bit of lemon citrus. The taste delivers a blend of sweet pear like fruity esters, a hit of corn and then a moderate, yet growing, floral too lemon like hop bitterness. It ends fairly dry. Pretty decent attempt at the style. It could be a little cleaner and a little less estery.
