Appearance: super dark brown close to black color with a finger and a half's worth of tan foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet strawberries with a light tartness underneath (really felt like I was reaching a bit for the "tart" but it was there); medium strength of milk chocolate tones
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet onto semi-strawberry sweet toned vibe; finishes strawberry-ish and milk chocolatey toned character
Texture: medium bodied; great sipper; good carb along with good smoothness
Overall: what a great impy pastry stout worth coming back to.
