Here’s the scoop on our first P.I.N.T. Project Beer, Southern Nebula Rice Lager (4.8% ABV)! Brewed in collaboration with @cls_farms, a 5th generation family-owned farm located in the heart of Yakima Valley. CLS Farms is responsible for producing some of the finest hops in the region, so we’re honored to be using their experimental hop X14, a Noble hop variant! Coupled with Weyermann Pilsner Malt and Torrified Rice, these specialty hops yield bright lemon aromatics, herbal notes and hints of tarragon.

For every pint of Southern Nebula sold, we’ll be donating proceeds toward the current beneficiaries of P.I.N.T. Project: @caritasofaustin and @roundrockareaservingcenter!
