Aged 7 months in a single Laird and Company Apple Brandy barrel, this decadent English-style Barleywine reveals luxurious notes of toasted marshmallow, caramelized toffee, and dark fruit. Apple Brandy barrel character weaves through each sip adding toasted apple pie, vanilla, warm spice and honey, followed with subtle oak tannins to round out the warming full-bodied finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear copper brown with a tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has caramel and a bit of apple brandy with sweet grains and toffee supporting. Flavor is grain and toffee forward with growing caramel and apple brandy underlying.
