On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma barely smells like an IPA, with some citrus, biscuity malt, and miscellaneous sugars. Flavour likewise doesn’t seem like an IPA, with light oranges, a touch of sugars, very restrained floral hops, and bready malt. Nothing wrong with it, just doesn’t seem on point. Okay.
