In our quest to will Spring into happening we decided to brew another hoppy beer with a lighter body and extremely awesome flavors and aromas. It’s the type of beer that I like to seek out in Spring. A beer that quenches your thirst while at the same time remains interesting though-out the whole glass. We brewed this new blonde ale with a nice mix of old world and new world hops that we feel complement each other really well. On the nose we get intense lemon and lime aroma with a hint of tangerine. The palate reveals notes of lemongrass, pine and cracked wheat.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale chalky yellow to almost orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy hoppy notes up front and a lighter hop note of lemon; light crackery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes slightly dry with floral and lemony hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with not much distracting to the flow; seems like the dry hopping was evenly dispersed, good carb
Overall: pretty good blonde ale that the dry hopping did this beer well.
