With Summer just around the corner we thought we would throw another fun beer at you. This table pale ale was brewed with a variety of specialty malts and fermented with a blend of some of our favorite yeasts. Post-fermentation we conditioned this beer on around 3 lbs/bbl of kaffir lime leaves provided to us by Runamok Maple. We then double-dry hopped the beer with super aromatic and super classic Cascade hops. It’s light, super sessionable, slightly fruity and tart.

Poured into an English pint glass.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lime to lemon notes up front with a slight piney sweet hoppiness underneath; light clean bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter quality up front then a slight sweet tart-like quality underneath; finishes slightly sweet and a touch of tart
Texture: light to medium bodied; very sessionable; good smoothness about it with nothing distracting any where; good carb
Overall: nice pounder of an APA I'd be willing to come back to if I could.
